Glowtown Parties & Events – Refund & Cancellation Policy 🎉

We’re all about bringing the fun, but we know sometimes plans change. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle party bookings, just to keep things glowing smoothly!

🎈 Booking a Party?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party—no surprises!

❌ Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We totally get it—life happens! But here’s the deal:

- Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, no matter when you cancel.

- No-shows and cancellations made less than 5 days before your scheduled party cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

- If you give us at least 5 days' notice, we’ll happily help you reschedule your party to a new date (but sorry, still no refunds of that deposit).
